Who We Serve
Care Finder is here for older Australians who are eligible for Aged Care services across the Gladstone and Rockhampton regions. We focus on those who require intensive support in engaging with My Aged Care, accessing services, and connecting with essential community support. Whether you are new to Aged Care or have yet to receive the services or support you need, our Care Finders are ready to assist.
