Keeping You Safe, Connected and Independent
Getting where you need to be shouldn’t be a struggle. Nhulundu Health Service’s Community Transport program offers a door-to-door, pre-booked transport service for eligible community members who can’t easily use public or private transport. Our friendly team is here to help you stay connected to your health, your community, and the people who matter most.
Need a Lift?
Whether it’s a doctor’s appointment, a trip to the shops, or catching up with family and Elders, our Community Transport service is here to help. We understand that transport can be a barrier to staying healthy and connected—and we’re committed to removing that barrier for our community.

- Medical appointments (doctors, hospitals, specialists)
- Grocery shopping and banking
- Visiting family, friends and Elders
- Attending community events and social activities
- Reducing isolation and maintaining independence
How It Works
Getting a lift is easy:
- Book ahead – Call to book at least 2 business days before your trip
- Door-to-door service – One of our friendly staff picks you up from your door
- Safe return home – We drop you home safely when you’re done
